We go away with such confidence of a fabulous time, but also knowing that they are there when something may not go according to plan - bad weather, volcanoes and strikes have all been dealt with and they always managed to get us away.
Our daughter did a year’s travelling after university, and Julian and Sharon were amazing in booking her numerous destinations, always at the end of the phone reassuring me that all was well. It was - and she had the best time ever with a very happy mum knowing she was safe.
