What can I say about the ladies at Abbotts Travel? We have been using these guys for years and have always found them helpful, knowledgeable, professional and above all patient but it’s when things go wrong that these guys come into their own.
They managed to get me and my young family home from Disneyland Paris when the Eurostar stopped running due to poor weather even when the office was shut, and recovered our losses. It’s worth paying a bit extra to have the back up of true professionals.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.
