We had a lovely time at the Tamarind Hotel in Barbados as it enabled us to have plenty of R&R, which we needed.
The hotel itself was fine but we felt it needed a little tlc in places. Our understanding from talking to people there is that the Tamarind, plus others owned by Elegant Hotels was in the process of being taken over by Marriott group so a refurbishment may take place.
All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
The staff at Abbotts, and in particular Julie, were very helpful.
We only decided to book in January and wanted to fly business class.
Julie spent a great deal of time and effort not only booking the accommodation but at the same time tying in with available flights.
We look forward to our trip to Japan in April.
