Shelley and I were kindly invited to the London Edition Hotel last week, where they held their showcase Christmas event.
The hotel basement was transformed into a magical ski lodge with a beautiful Christmas tree, fireplace and shaggy fur rugs. It was like we had walked into a winter wonderland.
We sampled their Christmas taster menu, which included the best mac and cheese I have ever tasted and an array of Christmas cocktails.
We were also taken on a tour of the hotel, where we got to check out the loft suite. The hotel definitely has the wow factor!
