Come and do Dubai.
That was the invitation and that was the result of a lovely evening hosted by our friends at Travel2 and GoldMedal.
It was designed with all the fun of the fair: candy floss, popcorn stall and hot dogs.
A variety of specialists were on hand to give presentations on their products and update us on all things new - we met Emirates Airlines - the award winning national carrier, and the ultimate luxury firm, Kerzner.
They were representing Atlantis resorts and giving us an insight into the Royal Atlantis, which is due to open soon.
We also found out about sporting opportunities like the Gold Cup or rugby fixtures. The proximity to Abu Dhabi makes it a great destination in which to enjoy the annual Formula 1 Grand Prix.
Our evening had a fabulous selection of prizes on offer and as you can see above we really were the stars of the show (at least Andrew from TTG - pictured with us - thought so!).
