What a fabulous surprise to share sushi nibbles and Singapore Slings courtesy of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. The event, at a lovely central London venue, introduced us to their new project: Hotel Jen. Young, like-minded souls will love this: ten hotels around the Far East geared towards people who are on the go, offering them a place to stay, taste and gather. There are lots of Shangri-La touches to make it special, and it made for an impressive evening shared with a few of the gang from Western & Oriental.
