Situated within the small village of Pinarello on a spectacular bay to the north of Porto Vecchio, this 24-room, four-star hotel is positioned right on the beach - a stunning prospect by anyone’s definition and, with its fine sweep of yellow sand, backed by a pine forest overlooked by a commanding Genoese watchtower, provides a truly beautiful setting.
Each room is smartly furnished and has a wooden balcony overlooking the beach and the stunning azure sea. Guests are offered a good range of facilities which include a roof-top heated swimming pool, a bar and restaurant, wellness centre with massage and facial treatments plus free use of sun loungers and parasols on the beach.
A buffet breakfast and lunch are served on the beachside balcony of the hotel's restaurant, which has an emphasis on healthy living and local produce while Le Rouf restaurant, adjacent, serves a wide selection of dishes in the evening with seafood being a speciality.
The bar has a laid-back atmosphere where guests can enjoy ice creams and snacks during the day, or an evening apéritif before heading out for dinner. A short stroll along the beach there are further bars and restaurants to be found as well as various water sport facilities, including boat trips, ideal for those wishing to explore the coastline.
The popular seaside town of Porto Vecchio with its narrow cobbled streets, chic boutiques, harbourside restaurants and marina is just a 20-minute drive away and provides a buzzing atmosphere and a great spot for people watching and shopping.
The hotel has a boat that you may rent by the hour, half-day or full day, with or without a skipper. There is also a small Oxoon motorboat. No boating permit is required. This is safe, unsinkable, turbine-propelled (no propeller), and is driven with one hand using a joystick. Its size allows two adults and one child to be seated side by side. Even without a boating permit you’ll be able to enjoy navigating in the Pinarello Bay.
